1) Kenapa X benda bisa selisih 1 antara gambar atau keinginan dengan mesin CNC?
2) Tatkala saya membuat program CNC training, baik itu secara manual atau dibikin di mesin ataupun di Mastercam X, yang saya inginkan sesuai dengan hasil pengerjaan mesin. Apakah mesin tersebut sudah disetting agar tidak terjadi selisih X?
Jawaban: Misalkan saya ingin sebuah benda dengan X itu panjang 100 mm, tapi hasil cuttingnya 101 mm/ 99 mm (mungkin seperti itu), nah itu biasanya pada mesin CNC itu perlu di kalibrasi ulang, bisa di cek mungkin yang pertama backlash mesin apakah backlashnya sudah besar, mungkin ada gerakan backlash sebesar 1 mm. Controller sudah menggerakkan motor sejauh 1 mm, akan tetapi secara real di axis itu tidak ada gerakan karena terdapat backlash 1 mm tersebut, kemudian sisanya axisnya bergerak sesuai dengan gerakan yang muncul di controller / di tampilan layer, backlash itu bisa jadi selisih ke hasil cutting. Yang kedua bisa jadi gear rasionya berbeda, jadi gear rasio actual itu ada gear penggerak dan ada gear yang digerakkan, dia mempunyai data ukuran, yang bisa jadi data ukuran itu mempunyai selisih atau yang di set up pada parameter mesin itu tidak sama, sehingga yang digerakkan itu kalkulasinya berbeda, dan hal itu bisa juga menjadi selisih. Yang ketiga ini selisihnya tidak sampai menghasilkan 1 mm (sekitar 0,..), jadi jika CNC itu misalnya menggunakan ball screw atau lead screw, meja mesin biasanya sering bermain di area tertentu contoh di area tengah di lintasan mesin maka pada ball screw atau lead screw itu di area tertentu itu mengalami keausan sedangkan di area pinggir mesin itu belum mengalami keausan. Ketika benda disimpan di area tengah itu dilakukan proses cutting, keausan ball screw atau lead screw itu menghasilkan selisih tetapi biasanya itu ada di 0,.. paling besar 0,1/ 0,2 kurang lebih ada 3 penyebab.

Apakah bisa dari titik D langsung ke F dengan koordinatnya?
Jawaban: Bisa, sangat memungkinkan. Jadi, 1 lintasan sirkular itu bisa di eksekusi oleh 1 baris program, namun di slide yang telah ditampilkan sebelumnya itu di pecah menjadi 2 segmen, jadi 1 lintasan sirkular dipecah menjadi 2 segmen. Bisa langsung, yang diketik akan menghilangkan poin E, pengetikannya cukup menghilangkan poin E saja, poin F tidak ada yang diubah (harusnya dia akan sama saja hasilnya).

Cara atau perhitungan untuk menentukan nilai i dan j pada gerakan interpolasi melingkar?
Jawaban: Untuk menentukan nilai i dan j itu adalah jarak relatif dari start poin lingkaran menuju interpoin lingkaran, rumusnya adalah untuk i : nilai koordinat center point lingkaran axis X - koordinat X start point lingkaran (i berhubungan dengan X, untuk j berhubungan dengan koordinat y) dan rumusannya adalah koordinat center point lingkaran dikurangi start point lingkaran.
4. Pertanyaan dari Bapak Ahmad
Mau bangun di tambang dan bikin pabrikasi bajanya kita membuat programnya agar irit biaya, apakah bisa untuk mesin pemotongannya?
Jawaban: Bisa, ada beberapa customer saya di wilayah Cilegon juga fabrikasi itu menggunakan mesin CNC, saya sempat memberi beberapa sesi training juga disana, ada mesin dengan pemotongan bajanya. Terkait remote kalau jarak dekat bisa menggunakan wifi router, kalau jarak jauh bisa menggunakan aplikasi GSM untuk mengontrol status mesin, mesin sedang mengerjakan apa, mesin mengalami kendala apa bisa terlihat.
