Ultimate goal dari Lean Manufacturing adalah shortening Lead Time dan Productivity Up. Untuk itu diperlukan strategi dan metodologi untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi aktual, dan menentukan prioritas kaizen mana yang harus dilakukan. Di materi kali ini kita akan memperdalam secara lebih teknis bagaimana menjaga dan melakukan Perbaikan Proses yang berbasis Lean Manufacturing, sehingga Lean Manufcturing bukan hanya slogan saja, tetapi memang dapat digunakan sebagai tools dalam melakukan Improvement Lineprocess.
