3. Focus on smooth production NR line through; implemented manufacturing pillar management [Standardized Work, Autonomous Maintenance, Point process Management , Planned Maintenance)

TRAINEE BACKGROUND

1. ICT -  Project Preparation for New Plant & Machine - 15 Month (2014-2015) – JAPAN

As a leader project for New NR Line which placed at karawang city ( Engine Plant 3 )  for new engine plant for product Sienta, Yaris, Vios:

     1. Prepare lay out for machine (totally 344 mc) – straight line

     2. Prepare lay out for utility and supporting equipment

     3. Prepare office for genba man

     4. Set up built in quality process in line (install CMM around production process)

     5. Prepare total Man power for production and maintenance

     6. Create system for Maintenance Planned and Production process
