Pelatihan Evaluasi Struktur dengan Analisis Linier sesuai SNI 9273:2025 dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman sistematis mengenai cara menilai kinerja dan keamanan struktur bangunan eksisting terhadap beban gempa. Peserta akan mempelajari perbedaan pendekatan antara desain struktur baru dan evaluasi struktur eksisting, filosofi performance-based evaluation, tingkat kinerja struktur, tingkat gempa rencana, serta tahapan evaluasi berdasarkan metode tiered evaluation. SNI 9273:2025 mencakup penyaringan Tier 1, evaluasi berbasis defisiensi Tier 2, evaluasi sistematis Tier 3, serta prosedur analisis dan kriteria penerimaan.
Materi diarahkan pada penerapan praktis bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, dan praktisi teknik sipil struktur, khususnya dalam melakukan evaluasi struktur beton bertulang. Peserta akan memahami bagaimana menentukan metode evaluasi, mengidentifikasi ketidakcukupan (deficiency), melakukan Prosedur Statik Linier (Linear Static Procedure/LSP), memodelkan struktur, mengevaluasi respons struktur dan elemen, serta menginterpretasikan hasil berdasarkan kriteria penerimaan. Materi juga membahas batasan penggunaan analisis statik linier dan aspek pemodelan seperti stiffness modifier, sehingga peserta memperoleh gambaran yang lebih aplikatif mengenai proses evaluasi struktur.
